Canuck Sea Hunter ...hi Seen you & your boatmates trolling in the Fraser R today.... Just minutes earlier Daisy & myself were across the Fraser R (south side) & with the NW winds in that area literally we were in 5-6 ft waves !!! Also seen schools of pinks 6-8 fish surfing with the waves !!! But as we boated across the river towords where yous were the river was alot calmer. 1-2 wks ago the Fraser R was just full of pink salmon (millions) at the mouth (Sandheads) & then the pinks started to go up river...making their way to their spawning streams & rivers. Go to fishingwithrod website (general forum) & look for the posts Fraser R Pinks or something like that... read all the pages if ya like & you will see how many people were catching them. My dad landed 3 & lost 6-7 (barbless hook) I lost 6 at least. Looks like ya all were having a good time.... I don't know why my wife went into the cuddy when I went to say hi to yous ...I guess she was "shy". Ha. Happy & safe boating. God bless Al. -----

Canuck Sea Hunter Ya weather is improving... dock over at the boat launch (no 2 rd) is being repaired...kinda like "use at one's own risk"...some areas missing a deck ha !!! --- Saw 2 boaters I know...on 2 different boats...launching from there...one on Sunday & one today..... We are trying to get on water hopefully in April sometime ... but only if the weather is nice & favourable tides... --- if ya have a chance check out Arimas ad on .... FISHINGWITHROD website..... Super well done ad.... ARIMA is smart to advertise in BC as it's a great market...also ALOT of BC sports people go to that site....SO we may be seeing alot of ARIMA BOATS in our waters soon!!! Take care & God bless ... What a great day today finally..... sunny & could even feel the warmth from the sun's rays WOW. God bless Al

Canuck Sea Hunter Ya that would make for nice photos ... Imagine if we got all 7 Arima Boats ( BC owners) for pics... Ya we're waiting for warmer weather also... was it ever "WINDY" today...... but tomorrow is April so it's got to be nicer soon... but the last 4 yrs. we've had really cold April May & even into June. Last yr. it was cloudy & rainy ...finally July we had some weeks straight of "sunny weather" !!! Seems to me when I attended school ( which is many moons ago) it was always sunny & hot staerting in April !!!!!

Sea Hunter... hi Sounds like your getting your boat ready for an up the up coming boat season ... right on... No we haven't been on the water as yet but will in the next few wks. when the weather gets warmer. --- would of been out already but decided not to go boating unless I take my 83 yr dad out [ AS HE PUT 90% OF THE $$$ IN THE PURCHASE] --- He's had 2 motorhomes [class c] travel trailer-tent trailer- 21ft Bell-boy in board boat- vacation cabin-2 trucks & campers plus in the last 5 yrs 3 boats...K&C 35hp --- Silverline 70hp--[both old boats but good boats] & now this his final boat ARIMA.... Through the yrs my parents have always been active so dad just gets a "blast" getting out there. [on the water] We had 3 people on board sometimes but with a 40 hp ...boat was too under-powered...MIND YOU 1x the 3rd party weighed in at about 260 lbs..fat guy but alotta muscle too !!!] ---I'm sure we will meet one day at the launch or on the water [HOPE I HAVE MY CAMERA AS IT WOULD BE GREAT TO GET A PIC OF YOU & YOUR SEA HUNTER !!!!] Enniberg [& family] also boats sometimes in the Fraser R. & Sandheads area . Have a "good one". Al

Rod hi -- Sorry I gave ya 2 messages about gramma... one should be enough [ still ever learning how to use internet "things"] ....... oh ya ... last message I used the word "spend" when it should of been "spread" the word about Arima[s]... Some [%] of Canadians may be only interested in boats made in Canada BUT from my view... I do not even consider that... a good boat is a good boat & I don't care where it is made. Just like people... see them as human beings 1st not if they are an American or Canadian. --- Reason I'm giving ya a message is "Did ya hear about the 26 ft sailboat that was sunk near the jetty by Sandheads...recovered a 55-60 yr old body about a mile from the boat. ------ Sandheads can be really dangerous in some conditions... Tide changes & west winds... we will only boat there when there is light winds & a high steady tide [just to be safer] Have a good one ! Al
